Hello Brain:
I have a few questions to ask you pertaining to the Rock/10th Street development:
1. Did you receive a new cover letter and development outline with the final submission?
2. The copies of the Design Review Committee Comment Sheets do not show the answers to #9 - Roof
Areas. Would please re- copy these sheets so that I can read the comments?
3. Does #10 Wall area also include types of materials used on facades? This project includes at lease 5
different materials: brick, slate, stucco, limestone and vinyl. I can't find examples of slate in the district.
I've seen one stucco building. I'm looking for limestone. Lots of brick.
4. My addition of heights does not match those on elevations. Have you had time to check these yet?
5. I do not understand the graph of building heights in surrounding area. Can you explain that to me?
6. I noticed that photos of 4 buildings are included in packet. The photos represent the tallest buildings in
the immediate area. There are no photos included of the 8 single story houses that are also in the
immediate area. Would you like for me to take photos of these smaller structures?
I'm picking up materials from Alex this afternoon and would appreciate a chance to talk to you - especially
regarding the reading of the building height graph.
