I usually do not include resignation letters in the record of the meeting. However, I am sure this will be brought up at
the meeting when she speaks against the item, and I am also sure that you will be prepared to correct that at that time.

Thanks Brian. Missy's incorrect about what I said - at best not talking to anyone about the project while she's a
commissioner is an ethical decision and a "best practice." That correction needs to be stated at the next meeting on the
record and reflected in the minutes. I respect what she's doing but I'm going to miss her. Miss was great to work with
and so passionate about historic preservation. -Sherri
