The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed HDC2020-020 at the
November 5, 2020 meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission has approved
your Certificate of Appropriateness of the Remove artificial siding, Restore guttering,
remove deck at front of house, remove metal bars on windows, restore screened porch
on rear of house, restore cutaway brackets at north corner, replace exterior doors, and
restore original windows. The final vote was 5 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent.
Enclosed is your Certificate of Appropriateness. The original (printed on blue paper)
should be kept with your important papers.
