Thanks for the multiple (11) emails and all of the graphics. I opened the site plan new Design.png 110 kb. I was unable
to open the New Design.pdesign file that was 3kb. If I need to see that, please send in a jpeg or pdf.

Did you get the letter with the deadlines for mailings and signs to be posted?

Hi Brian,
I’m sending along to you additional materials per your request. I have updated the cover letter - you will find
that attached. That letter also includes our updated plan to return the main house to a duplex, making 923
McMath a four unit property rather than three. I explain in the letter, but there will be no resulting changes to
the existing exterior window and door placements.
Subsequent emails will contain additional photos with locations of new features noted. If you have additional
questions, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
