Hi Brian,
As we’re talking through plans for 923 McMath Ave we want to look at the possibility of expanding the parking lot at
the corner of 10th and McMath (which we own as well). In this scenario we’d plant a row of hedges that would block the
parking from view of McMath Ave.
I’ve drawn out the approximate location of the proposed expanded parking and hedgerow on the survey attached.
Please advise. We would like to add this to the application.
