I received your application, site plan, and three photos. I do need a cover letter. I do not see the 200' property search.
The Post office is still doing retrun receipts. I have noticed some have Covid written on them and some are signed by
the recieptants. Your job is to mail them and orove you mailed them. It is not your responsibility for them to pick them
up You will need to post the signs on the property as well.

Hi Brian -
Just circling back around to confirm you received the application materials from WFM for the proposed renovations at
923 McMath Ave.
You should have received the 200’ property owner search. As for the mail out confirmations, I’m not sure the post office
is doing the returned receipts like we’ve done in the past. Is there a new method I’m not aware of that would satisfy
HDC requirements? Of course I’m aware that those mail outs would go out after we have an HDC meeting date set.
