Dear Ms. Ford,
The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed HDC2020-019 at the
November 5, 2020 meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission has approved
with a condition your Certificate of Appropriateness of the Removal of Wall and
construction of fence, dumpster enclosure, and parking lot with gate. The condition was
to construct the parking lot in concrete instead of asphalt. The final vote was 4 ayes, 0
noes 1 recusal, and 2 absent.
Enclosed is your Certificate of Appropriateness. The original (printed on blue paper)
should be kept with your important papers. You will need this for your parking
lot/fencing/demolition permit.
