Dear Ms. Ford,
Your application HDC2020-019 for Removal of Wall and construction of fence,
dumpster enclosure, and parking lot with gate, at 904 S Scott St will be heard before the
Historic District Commission on November 5, 2020. The hearing will be held in the
Grant Still Ballroom in the Robinson Center. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Your application will be item One on the agenda. You or your agent must be present in
order for the item to be heard.
Use the attached Notice of Public Hearings for virtual meetings. This is different than
the one in the application packet. This notice must be mailed on or before October 23,
2020 to meet the deadline. Please follow directions exactly when giving notice to all
property owners as stated in the application on page 3 instructions #4 and #5. Use
“HDC2020-019” to complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions.
Your signs (which you will need to pick up) will need to be posted on the property no
later than October 26, 2020.
