A date has been requested from the City Administration Office. I will let you know as soon as I know the date and list all of the deadlines relative to that hearing date. Your application will be item Two on the agenda. You or your agent must be present in order for the item to be heard. Please send me jpegs of the 14 photos that you submitted in your application. The application form states that “A description of materials for all exterior surfaces listed above shall be provided to Staff at time of filing. Web site addresses are appropriate but cut sheets of individual materials are preferred.” The following information will need to be submitted to Staff by September 28, 2020 to complete your filing. If you are not including any of the items below, please respond with “not applicable”. Fencing on site: Provide details and locations on fencing, size, material, and finish of six foot tall privacy fence. Is this a vertical picket solid board 6’ tall with dog-eared pickets? Any exaggerated or decorative corner posts? Will pedestrian gates match the fence or be accented in height, design etc? On the portion of the fence where the gate slides back, is the non -movable fence portion wood or metal? Is the metal gate the model shown in the attached photo? Where is the pedestrian gate from the 3’ concrete walk to the building, covered with a trellis? I do not see it on the plans.
