Brian,
This is a follow-up to the phone message I left earlier today. The letter you have given me is from the Assessors
Department and says you have given them what you must for the 100% annexation method. This just starts the clock.
The Assessor’s Office has 15 working days to do their work with the County Clerk. Then the County Clerk gives the
information to the Judge who then has 15 days to review, confirm and issue an order. So I will need a copy of the Order
when it is filed.
