The Short answer is other than attending the meetings and being prepared to respond to questions, there is nothing
more as the applicant you need to do.
The annexations has already been scheduled for the December 3 Planning Commission hearing which your team should
already know. Your contact has been notified. Once the Planning Commission acts, I will notify your contact for the
annexation application when it is scheduled for the Board of Directors consideration.
