Attached is a copy of a sketch illustrating the area requesting annexation to the City of Little
Rock. The area requesting annexation is some 40 acres plus or minus in size, along the south
side of Cooper Orbit Road, west of the Kanis/Kirby /Cooper Orbit intersection (approximately
14200 through 14600 Cooper Orbit Road). The owner is proposing to develop 17 acres with
attached residential townhomes and garden patio homes on eighty-one (8 1) lots. The remaining.
23 acres will be subdivided into sixty-five (65) single-family detached lots. Development is
