Attached is a copy of a sketch illustrating the area requesting annexation to the City of Little
Rock. The area requesting annexation is some 40 acres plus or minus in size, along the south
side of Cooper Orbit Road, west of the Kanis /Kirby /Cooper Orbit intersection (approximately
14200 through 14600 Cooper Orbit Road). The owner is proposing to develop 17 acres with
attached residential townhomes and garden patio homes on eighty-one (81) lots. The remaining.
23 acres will be subdivided into sixty-five (65) single-family detached lots. Development is

This is to request that you please remove Entergy Arkansas, LLC from the
distribution mailing list for Memoranda from the City of Little Rock Department of
Planning and Development which describe proposed developments within areas requesting
to be annexed into the City of Little Rock. So as there is no misunderstanding concerning
