RE: Petition for Annexation to City of Little Rock
Woodlands Hills & Woodlands Valley
Mr. Malone,
Please find attached copies of the survey, a copy of the filed petition with Pulaski County, AGIO Letter and
the filing fee for the above referenced annexation.
The developer would like to develop these 40 acres into two residential neighborhoods. The southern
portion would be a single family residential with 75' wide residential lots. The northern portion would have
50' wide single - family residential lots on the outer ring, and 32' wide attached garden homes on the inside.
Both of these neighborhoods would require: police protection, fire protection, street maintenance,
connection to a public wastewater system, sanitation pickup, and municipal code enforcement.
The developer wishes to have all approvals and permits in place by April or May of 2021.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
