901 Cumberland Street is a non-contributing structure in the MacArthur Park Historic District. The
project application is to extend an existing fence on the east façade of the structure an additional 55-
feet. If this new fence complies with VII. DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR SITE DESIGN 3. Fences and Retaining
Walls in the MacArthur Park Historic District Guidelines for Rehabilitation and New Construction it will
be compatible with the district.
