Dear Mr. Moore,
The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed HDC2020-018 at the
November 5, 2020 meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission has approved
your Certificate of Appropriateness of the Fence with gate with a condition that the
fence parallel to 9th Street start 10’ off the corner of the house or enough to contain the
utilities or whichever if farther from the street. The final vote was 5 ayes, 0 noes and 2
absent.
Enclosed is your Certificate of Appropriateness. The original (printed on blue paper)
should be kept with your important papers. You will need to attach a pdf of the COA to
your permit for the fence.
