Brian,
I have attached a file with a more detailed project description and material list to address the first bold item in your 9/14
letter. The document includes screengrabs of a picture and a short description for each of the materials that will used,
as well as web addresses if a detailed description is needed.
The second bold item in your 9/14 letter asked if I had talked to my neighbor about also installing a section of fencing to
enclose their side yard:
-We have discussed that we are seeking approval to install a fence along the property line with the neighbor butting up
to the property. At that time they didn't express interest in enclosing the side yard of their property, so we are not
seeking any kind of joint project. Any fence addition they would like to build in the future would be a separate
project/approval.
Please review the attached file and see if I'm missing anything y'all made need from me.
