Joe, here is a COC for the work you want to do. I took your PI roofing quote from the application and the cover letter to
explain what you want to do. If you want to change this COC, please let me know.

Here is my updated COA application with the painting and skylight removed. I would like to get started on the
paperwork for those items. Please let me know how to proceed.
I have also attached a materials submittal for the new store sign.
Please let me know if there's any other information you need. I'll be getting my certified letters sent out next week.

Hi Brian!
I wanted to let you know I ordered my property owner's list today. Should have that in time to get letters sent out
before October 23.
You said in your letter that I do not need to list the painting and skylights on my application. Do you want me to redo my
application with those items removed?
As to the signage, there is a mockup of the sign on the rendering from Main St. Arkansas. Will that suffice? I have
contacted a couple of companies that make wooden signs and am hoping to have all the details of the sign's design,
material, and dimensions within the next week. Am I correct that those details need to be submitted by October 15?
Thank you for your help with all this! I really appreciate you working to get me on the schedule for next month.
