ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION ON A REQUEST
FOR USE CHANGE OR DEVELOPMENT OF LAND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an application for a Land Use Plan Amendment at I-430 Planning
District, at 11001 Kanis Road property has been filed with the Department of Planning and
Development. The proposed change is from Parks Open Space (PK/OS) & Office (O) to Commercial
(C). The application was filed by White Daters & Associates, Inc., of 24 Rahling Circle. A public
hearing will be held in the William Grant Still Ballroom of the Robinson Center and will begin at 4:00
p.m. October 29, 2020 at 4:00 P.M. This notice is provided in order to assure that neighborhood
associations are aware of issues that may affect their neighborhood. Information requests should be
directed to the Planning staff at 371-4790. Attached are the Zoning and Land Use sketch maps for
the property.
