Mr. Dale,
Your application for a Land Use Plan Amendment, LU20-11-01, at I-430 will be heard before the Planning
Commission on October 29, 2020. The hearing will be held in the William Grant Still Ballroom of the Robinson
Center. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. Your amendment will be item 2 on the agenda. The Planning
Commission does request that you or your agent be present.

Actually we do not need the hard copies anymore since we are going through completely to digital format for the
Land Use applications. So the digital survey copy you have sent as attachment will be enough.

Good morning Mr. Dale,
1-The application fee is $80 (for application)+ $5 (for sign)= $85. You can bring the check for LUP amendment and
stop by Planning Department front door and when you arrive you can call me at 371 4483 or Monte at 371-4792.
We will come over and take the check to take it upstairs for you. Afterwards we will give you the sign and you will
be good to go. If I am not at my desk or cannot answer the phone you can call front desk at 371-4790 and they can
take the check and give you the sign. But I will be here mostly from 1.00-5.00pm, today.
2-Your application for land use amendment is from "O" and "PK/OS" to "C" as in the attachment image.

I understand we need to file a land use amendment for a rezoning application that we just made with Mr. Moore.
A few questions:
1) What is the filing fee, including a sign?
2) Is our application from "MOC & SO" to "Commercial" ?
