AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN I-430 3
PLANNING DISTRICT (LU20-11-01), FROM PARKS OPEN 4
SPACE (PK/OS) & OFFICE (O) TO COMMERCIAL (C) IN 5
THE 11000 BLOCK OF KANIS ROAD; AND FOR OTHER 6
PURPOSES; 7

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land 9
Use Plan and now recommends it for adoption. 10

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 12
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 13

SECTION 1. Located in in I-430 Planning District, in the 11000 block of 15
Kanis Road, the Land Use Plan is changed from Parks Open Space (PK/OS) and 16
Office (O) to Commercial (C) as shown on the attached graphic. 17

SECTION 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, 19
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be 20
invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the 21
remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if 22
the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a 23
part of the ordinance. 24

SECTION 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the 26
same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to 27
the extent of such inconsistency. 28
