NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an application for Land Use Plan Amendment of
the above property has been filed with the Department of Planning and Development.
A public hearing will be held by the L. R. Planning Commission at the Robinson
Center, located at the corner of West Markham Street and Broadway, Room 103,
on April 30, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. This notice is provided in order to assure that area
residents are aware of issues that may affect their neighborhood. Information requests
