WHEREAS, a notice of appeal has been filed as a result of the action of the Little Rock Planning
Commission's recommendation of denial for a rezoning from R-2 to C-1, located at 6100/6108 Cantrell
Road (Z4816 -B), in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the notice of appeal of the denial for a rezoning, located at 6100/6108
Cantrell Road (Z -4816-B), in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, shall be held at a meeting of the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 161 day of
August, 2016.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.

Grant M. Cox, is appealing the Planning Commission's
recommendation of denial for a requested Land Use
Plan change of 0.5 acre from RL to NC located at
6100/6108 Cantrell Road.
None
Approval of the Resolution to set the public hearing.
The Planning Commission reviewed this issue at its
June 2, 2016 meeting. The Planning Commission voted to
recommend denial of the requested Land Use Change by a
vote of 0 for, 9 against, 1 absent, and 1 recusal (Belt).
