What is the reason for this proposed change? Regards the PK OS to mining proposed change at Gillam Park--- how would that change impact the Gillam Park use and future plans -- hasn't that Park benefited from clean up- erosion control efforts over the past several years? Is a mining ooperation ompatable with those efforts? Isn't Gillam Park and its area part/close to planned future use of the Fouche Bottoms as an urban wetlands park?
