Mr. Moore & Mr. Minyard,
Please accept this email as the applicant's request for a deferral of the above referenced applications. This request is so
that the applicant & I may have time before the public hearing to meet with area residents that have addressed
concerns and address the concerns raised by those residents.
The applicant requests a deferral to the next regularly scheduled public hearing date which is understood to be February
21st.
If a hard -copy letter is needed for this request, please advise and I will deliver one to your offices this afternoon, if any
other action or information is needed for is request please advise as to those actions or information.
