I respectfully request that you acknowledge this request to remove Item 9 (Z-8829) and
Item 10 (LU13-03-01) from consideration by the Board of Directors.
My clients have decided not to have these items heard by the Board of Directors and
wish to have both items withdrawn without prejudice. As agent for the applicant I am
authorized and instructed by my clients to make this request.
