It needs to be wood. To change to metal would be a change in materials which cannot be a staff signoff. Plywood behind
does not bother me, you could do it all around if desired. I would consider air flow out from under the porch, so I would
not close it in too much.

Brian,
We had our pre-bid meeting/walk through this morning. After, I was visiting with
Tim and David and a question came up about the lattice screening for the north
and south porches. On the south side, we use plywood behind the lattice
screening to hide underneath, but we don’t use it on the front porches. Do you
have a problem with us doing the same for the front porches as well? Also, would
the material have to be wood or could it be metal?
