Enclosed is a copy of your item that is a part of the agenda for the April 10, 2017 Little
Rock Historic District Commission meeting. The Staff recommendation is withdrawal
without prejudice - without prejudice means that you may apply for the same application
within the next twelve months. Please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with
the staff report before the hearing.
Your application for Fencing, at 518 E 7th Street will be heard before the Historic District
Commission on April 10, 2017. The hearing will be held in the Board Room at City Hall
at 500 West Markham on the second floor. The meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m.
Your amendment will be item One on the agenda. You or your agent must be present
in order for the item to be heard.
