Conferred with Monte Moore and he will not accept the application for the variances until there is a Certificate of
Appropriateness issued by the Historic District Commission.
This was also seconded by Brian Minyard.
So, you'll need to coordinate with Brian first.
When I put variances above, as currently proposed the "covered/screened walkway" would be considered to connect
the accessory building to the residence, making it a single structure; however, an unenclosed covered walkway would
not serve as a connection and a rear setback variance would not be necessary.
The "certain" variance is the reducing the north side yard setback to 0'.
