Dear Mr. Minyard:
Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act §25-19-101 et seq., I am
requesting copies of the following public records:
Any and all text messages, emails, notes, letters, correspondence,
phone logs, memorandum, and/or writings of any kind of nature
(hereinafter collectively referred to as “documents”) by and
between you or any member of the Planning Staff working on the
subject COA application and any other person or persons.
These documents are to specifically include but not be limited to: any communications
with any member of the Little Rock Historic District Commission, any member of the Little
Rock City Attorney’s Office, Patricia Blick, and/or any member of any other department of the
City of Little Rock. Again, these are merely examples and not meant as a limitation on the
documents requested.
If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please advise and I will
provide payment.
The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act requires a response within three business
days.
