In your presentation you made a reference to the lot being shorter than average. The lot is shorter because Park
Lane follows the original Quapaw Line, the short lived treaty line with the Quapaw Indians. That line is due
north south from the “point of R ocks” or La Petit Roche. The city was laid out parallel to the river which is not
due east west. Your house is on the white man side of the line. Just some FYI.
