I/We live at __609 E 16th St._______________________. My/Our Property is approximately _1__ blocks away from 1414 Park Lane. I/We have been given this letter and your email address. We were asked to review the design of the house that Tim Fox/TDF Family Revocable Trust wants to build at 1414 Park Lane, between 14th and 15th Streets. I/We were asked to send you this individualized copy of the form email if: (a) I/We like the house design; (b) I/We think the design fits in well with the style of the houses in our neighborhood; and (c) If I/We would like for the Historic District Commission to approve the request to approve construction of the house as presently design. I/We do like the house design and I/We are requesting that the Commission approve the request of TimFox/TDF Family Revocable Trust to build the house at 1414 Park Lane. We are asking that the Commission please excuse the form aspect of this email but with Covid-19 it seemed better to get this letter to you by circulating emails between neighbors rather than by people taking a petition door to door to be physically signed. So that you will know that I/We were informed of what the house design looks like as presently planned, I/we are attaching the house plans that were forwarded to us for our review and which I/We reviewed before sending you this email. I/We were also given Mr. Fox’s email address in case we wanted to ask him any questions about the design before making the decision to send you this letter. I/We would like to thank the Commission for its time and attention to this matter and I/We are asking that the Commission vote in favor of the planned design for 1414 Park Lane. Thank you.
