Attached is the form email. Folks only need to customize their name, address, and how far their house is from my lot, 1414 Park
Lane.
The Commission meets at 4:00 pm this Thursday so if an email is going to be received and considered it probably needs to be sent
as soon as possible, no later than noon on Thursday.
Please forward this cover letter with the form email so that folks will have my email address if they have any questions about the
design.
I would have walked the neighborhood and introduced myself and shown people the plans except with Covid it didnt seem to be the
responsible thing to do.
If I get approved, and once the house is built, and we’re all back to where we can safely commingle, I’ll have a house party.
I know you’ll thank everybody for me but if you’ll send them this cover letter they’ll also have my thanks.
If folks can remember to bcc me on the emails to Mr. Minyard that would be great.
