I meant to let you know that the “name” of the applicant to be in the staff report and also for our public notices will be
the name of the trust/owner of the property to protect Judge Fox as these times have become kind of crazy w the
protesting and such, his office has received threatening calls etc. so we wanted to make sure the names were all correct.
Name of applicant to appear on the report is “TDF Family Revocable Trust”
Thanks for understanding, this is simply a formality for security and safety to make my client feel comfortable w his
name not directly being out in the public.
