Hey Brian I came by your office friday afternoon after I was unable to get ahold of you in the morning, after a meeting with my client.
I Spoke with Walter Malone and he said to make sure we had everything turned in by Monday morning. If I had known you were to
be out of the office on the deadline day I would have tried to get it in Thursday but I was trying to line up the meetings to make sure
there weren't any other changes to include in the final application. As i've mentioned in a previous email, we have decided to changed
the garage door material to wood from glass. I will provide updated drawings that show this change but that is the only thing that is
different from our initial application that was reviewed.
Please give me a call when you get into the office Monday, I will be on the road to LR to make sure everything gets turned in and the
representation document is notarized. Thanks,
