Thanks for reaching out to us. Where is the house to be located? (just to be sure you are in MacArthur Park). You may

Hey Alex, my name is David Anderson and I'm designing a home to be built in the macarthur park historic district, we will be going
through HDC design review when we are ready but we are also realizing that we need to apply for re zoning as a planned residential
development considering the size of the lot, approx. 5525 sqft. and would like to do this first.
I've attached the current survey. I'll give you a shout tomorrow, we would like to get on the next agenda, to be filed next month
April 6. I'm still developing the floor plan but we know that we need to make some changes to typical setbacks where we know there
