The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed HDC2020-015 at the July 23,
2020 meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission approved your Certificate of
Appropriateness of the Infill House. The final vote was 6ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
Your item was heard at the Board of Adjustment also. You will require approval from both
boards before your building permit will be issued.
I will issue your Certificate of Appropriateness during your building permit approval phase
to verify that the projects has not changed in relation to what was filed at the HDC for
review.
