We have concerns about the proposed 3 car garage to be built. If the garage is to be built on the east facade of the building we see it as a danger threat to vehicles that travel the alley heavily on a daily basis. There are 4 buildings that are private residences that use the alley and 2 for 40 years. There is a business currently that has their parking lot on the alley. No visual ability to see on coming traffic as people are pulling out of the garage would endanger our property as we pass up and down the alley. We are both handicap and can not make it down to meetings which having no details on the subject leaves us at great disadvantage. I’ve already had 2 people concerned ask me about the details. They are very concerned as well. At this point in time without farther details we are totally opposed to any changes being made to 1301 Scott. Sincerely, Patrick and Rebecca Smith. 2
