Thank you for clarifying that point for me Reginald.
I wonder if it might be prudent to add something in the narrative for the project indicating that? I have a feeling some of
the committee members might ask the same question as it does impact the volume of the roof and the pitch of it.
Brian and Boyd, do you have any thoughts on that suggestion?
Cheers,
Paul

Thanks Paul,
Yes the second floor is attic space that will be used as storage. It’s more of attic space than a second floor. Sorry
for the confusion.

For my part in the process it will be a matter of me writing an approval letter for the project that you or
the property owner will take to obtain the building permit for the project once it passes design review
through HDC and CZDC. I have read through Boyd’s review of the project.
I am a little unclear on one point. The proposal says it will be a one story garage, yet there are second
floor windows on either gable end. Is this area going to be for storage or future development into living
space?
Thank you in advance for answering my question.
Happy Friday to you all!
Cheers,
Paul

Don’t forget -- you’ll need to apply separately with the LR Historic District Commission
(since this is in the MacArthur Park HD) as well as with AHPP (re: conservation
easement). Copying Brian M & Paul P.
