Dear Ms. Marshall:
Arkansas State Archives This letter is in response to the proposed project plans submitted to the
Arkansas Historic Preservation Program (AHPP) for our review. As you
Delta Cultural Center are aware, AHPP holds a Deed of Conservation Easement on this
property and we are required to review and approve any alterations
lrstoric Arkansas Museum that affect the exterior appearance of the building and property
grounds.

Cultural Center We have reviewed the proposed garage and deck plans submitted by
Reginald Wright, AIA and the Capital Zoning District Commission Staff
Old State House Museum Report prepared by Boyd Maher. AHPP staff members have
determined that the proposed work meets the Secretary of Interior's
Standards for Rehabilitation. We have no outstanding concerns and
approve of the work plans submitted. For phased projects, plans for
yi each phase of the project need to be submitted to our office for review
and approval.
