Hey Brian thanks for setting up the meeting yesterday. Before I discuss codes with Curtis / Mark I'm wanting to make
sure I understand the zoning requirement. I think it was stated that because the buyer intended use (personal residence,
event center) she would have to apply for a "Conditional Use" permit. Is that correct?
