RE: 1301 Scott Street-Modification and Additions to Existing Structure
Dear Mr. Minyard:
The proposed project consist of constructing a three car detached garage, installing a wood deck
underneath the existing 2nd floor open area and the addition of landscaped open patio adjacent the south
exterior of the house. The design intent is to be in harmony with the existing structure and minimize and
adverse aesthetic affect on the neighboring properties. All open patios will be 4” concrete slab with 3’ x 3’
decorative scored joints. No fencing will be installed other that the new fencing at the Garage. All walks
will be 5’ wide concrete walks with control joints at 3’ o.c. See below information for a description of
materials.
