I am applying to have the signage updated at our new Rotary office at 621 E. Capital Ave., in Little Rock’s historic district. We are leasing the building from J.T. Ferstl and he is allowing us to change his sign to reflect Rotary’s occupancy. I have made application to Little Rock Historic District Commission but to complete it I need contact all recorded property owners, as certified by a licensed abstractor, within the area of influence, properties situated within 150’ of subject property and any additional properties within the subject’s block that lie outside of the 150’ radius. Can you help me with this list please? Karen A. Fetzer, Executive Director The Rotary Club of Little Rock, Arkansas USA 621 E.
