Good Afternoon Brian,
I am the Executive Director for The Rotary Club of Little Rock. We recently moved to 621 E. Capital
Ave. The building is owned by J.T. Ferstl. He has authorized us to change the signage at the front of the
building to reflect our occupancy (really great for us!) I have estimates and photos of what that might
look like. We are not changing the structure that currently exists but rather covering Ferstl with The
Rotary Club of Little Rock. Doing these types of things is completely new to me, but I do think I would
need authorization from the planning commission to make any changes. Can you help me with the
proper process please?
