Dear Ms. Fetzer,
Your application for Sign, at 621 E Capitol Avenue will be heard before the Historic
District Commission on December 11, 2017. The hearing will be held in the Board
Room at City Hall at 500 West Markham on the second floor. The meeting will begin at
5:00 p.m.
Your amendment will be item One on the agenda. You or your agent must be present
in order for the item to be heard.
Please provide a cover letter as stated on the application before November 27, 2017.
Your notices need to be mailed out no later than December 1, 2107. Have the return
postcards mailed to my office with the file number of HDC17 -024 on the address label
as shown in the application.
Bring me the affidavit signed with the date that you did the mailing, the list from the
abstract company, and the stamped receipts no later than December 4, 2017.
I have placed a sign to be posted on the property at our front desk. It needs to be
posted no later than December. Since you are on a corner, you will receive two signs.
Place them so that they will be visible from both streets. Some applicants put the signs
on the inside of the windows since the signs are not waterproof. If they do get
destroyed or unreadable, we will provide you with additional signs.
