You signed the affidavit probably before you sent the notices. Call me tomorrow and I can go over the procedure for
mailing the notices. Have you contacted the abstract company to get the neighboring property owners? You will need
to get property owners for everybody within 150 of your property and any other property owners within your block.
Otherwise, you are fine. you will be first on the December agenda.

Good Afternoon Brian,
I am the Executive Director for The Rotary Club of Little Rock. We recently moved to 621 E. Capital Ave. The building is
owned by J.T. Ferstl. He has authorized us to change the signage at the front of the building to reflect our occupancy
(really great for us!) I have estimates and photos of what that might look like. We are not changing the structure that
currently exists but rather covering Ferstl with The Rotary Club of Little Rock. Doing these types of things is completely
new to me, but I do think I would need authorization from the planning commission to make any changes. Can you help
me with the proper process please?
