Property Owners within 150’ of 621 E. Capitol Ave
Commissioners and Property Owners,
I am writing to provide notification of our desire to change the existing sign on the
property of 621 E. Capitol Ave. owned by JADF Investments, LLC. The existing sign is for
Ferstl Valuation Service. The Rotary Club of Little Rock now occupies/leases this
building and have permission from the owner to change the sign to reflect our
occupancy – The Rotary Club of Little Rock.
We are proud, as the oldest and largest Rotary Club in Arkansas, to once again be part
of downtown and are excited to proudly display our name in Little Rock’s Historic
District.
A hearing is set for review of our request on December 11, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in the
Board Room at City Hall, 500 West Markham on the second floor.
