Spacing of pickets to meet code. 3) Roofing a) Replace flat asphalt rood with new asphalt roof. b) Remove multiple layers of asphalt roofing and/or additional layers of roofing materials. c) Repair decking with boards of same thickness, (plywood, chipboard, or 1x boards for decking.) d) Drip edge may be installed. Paint exposed edge to match fascia. e) No changes will be made to the roof pitches, gables, or valleys. f) Reroof with asphalt roof. 4) Sidewalks a) Add accessible sidewalk to accessible parking stalls on north side of building as shown on Sheet AS 100. b) Replace any cracking or heaved concrete walk sections to remove tripping hazards. 5) Generator a) Replace existing emergency generator on south side of building. Locate in same location as existing. 6) Exterior Lighting a) Replace exterior lighting fixtures. Light fixtures to be in same locations as existing and same overall size.
