I have copied Dana Carney with the Board of Adjustments, as one stipulation to our approval was that his office review our outdoor seating. I know we have already talked about this, but to satisfy his requirement, please note that should you want to increase the number of seats outside to more than 50% of the number inside (which we currently comply, see the attached drawing), or should you want to provide activities outside other than eating/drinking, we will need to first submit an application to the Board of Adjustments, and get their approval.
