Dear Sheridan:
All conditions of the plan review of the referenced project have been satisfied and the application for building
permit is approved with exception of the exterior work of the project. Work on the exterior west building façade
and the outdoor dining area are not to commence until necessary approvals are obtained from the City of Little
Rock Planning Department. Contact James Sullivan for further information on this.
The set of drawings bearing our approval stamp and the approved application can be found in our will call area
when the permit is obtained. This approved set shall be retained on the job site through project completion.

NOTE: While every effort is made to ensure the reviewed plans meet all applicable local, City and State
Codes, the final approvals of the project rests with the on-site inspectors of each discipline from each
City Department. The owner and/or builder is responsible for full compliance with all applicable codes.
Separate mechanical, plumbing, gas and electrical permits must be obtained and all inspections completed prior
to requesting final inspections by the Fire and Building Code Departments. Zoning/Landscaping and Central
Arkansas Water must also sign off on the project prior to final approval. Once all inspections are passed, a written
Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. The building is not to be occupied until the CO has been issued.
